What you should know about Stephanie: I am an emerging metalsmith whose work currently combines handmade ceramics with metalwork, exploring the dialogue between fired clay and forged metal. Inspired by nature, animals, and illustration, my pieces range from organic forms to more literal narrative imagery, often translated into metal through techniques such as piercing, chasing, and repoussé. As I continue to develop my skills, my studio practice centers on experimentation and the creation of small, carefully crafted pieces.
