A fully equipped studio, WHEN YOU NEED IT.

The Day Pass is perfect for someone who already has their own studio set up, but doesn’t quite have alllll of the equipment they need. Working on fabricating some sheet & wire but don’t have a rolling mill or draw bench? Come use ours! Need to finish up several projects with a polishing lathe? Ours is ready for you, just bring your own wheels and compounds! Been eyeing some Potter pancake dies, but don’t have a hydraulic press? Add to cart and bring it to our studio!

day pass faq

Must be comfortable working in the studio un-assisted. If any of the below statements apply, you’re in!
- You’ve taken our Beginning Metalsmithing for Jewelry class
- You’ve taken a series of private lessons with us.
- You’ve taken metalsmithing classes in High School or College and have experience using a torch.
- You have a little experience, but promise not to use equipment you’re not well versed with.
- Professional jeweler’s bench, adjustable chair, flex Shaft, designated locker to keep tools and supplies (extra lockers available for $10/month)
- Shared soldering station with Acetylene & Air Smith Silversmith Torch, butane torches (1 small & 1 large), various soldering surfaces, tweezers, and 3rd hand, pickle, pickle pot, and quench maintained by studio.
- Metalsmithing &Jewelry Library
- Large selection of shared tools
- 24/7 Access (except when the studio is closed for a workshop/events)

- Casting equipment is NOT available for use with day pass. Check out Foundry Fridays for more info on how to utilize our casting equipment!
- Hand tools like a jeweler’s saw, pliers, ring clamp, etc not provided. You’re welcome to bring your own hand tools, purchase a tool kit from our store, or rent one from us while you’re here.
- Consumables like solder, flux, saw blades are not provided. You’re welcome to bring your own or purchase what you need from our in studio store.
